This week I posted my first 3 YouTube Shorts, Google’s competitive response to Tik-Tok’s short-form content.  While I’m not a regular consumer of Shorts, it was suggested to me that Shorts are a great way to capture new subscribers.Because I was curious which angle would be most popular, the three Shorts I posted were split into three different themes: humor, value, and informative.  Not too surprisingly, that was also the descending order of popularity - with sizable margins.  And although it was a bit disappointing to see a sloppy meme outperform a Superboy ID 100:1, the Superboy definitely captured some attention considering the average viewer watched it 1.5 times.Image is a screenshot from one of the Short’s analytics page, specifically the search terms which led some viewers to the Markiplier Pass vs Smash video
